Warranty
Customer should inspect all material within three (3) days of receipt of the product for any defects. Any claims customer has for corrections must be made in writing to Cashel Beams and Flooring, LLC within six (6) days of receipt of the material. If a claim is not made within the specified time frame of six (6) days of receipt of material, the material will be deemed accepted by the Customer.
Cashel Beams and Flooring, LLC, after receipt of such notice, shall have the right to inspect and validate or otherwise any claim of defect. Upon/after inspection and should Cashel Beams and Flooring, LLC deem claim valid and verify the limits of responsibility, Cashel Beams and Flooring’s sole obligation is to correct or replace the affected material at the expense of Cashel Beams and Flooring, LLC. Cashel will have no liability to correct or replace any material affected by the Customer, Customer hired Installer or any other party not subject to Cashel Beams and Flooring, LLC.
Wood in general has variations and as with milling, wood is graded into categories with allowances for color, grain and/or character marks within a standard as set forth in the definitions, will not be covered under the warranty stated.
